Initially, the first competition was held in Nigeria, with 20 African talents, including 7 from Uganda and others from Kenya, Tanzania, Nigeria, Zambia and DRC.
Registration will start on Friday 21/10/2022, in March 2023 this competition will be broadcast on TV channels in 14 African countries where these talents will compete to reach the final which will reveal the winner of 100 thousand US dollars and $100,000 a contract that helps him make music.
This is not the first time that the telecommunications company has worked on such projects that promote African talent among its partners, including Airtel Rising Stars, the Zain Africa Challenge and the MTV Africa Music Awards (MAMAs).
